Advanced support for the system and its development (chat, email)

Advanced system support enables comprehensive support not only for the administrator, but also allows for any further development and changes in the system. All work is coordinated by experienced programmers who develop the system. Currently the support is provided in English and Polish. The scope of support includes, among others:
  • User level email support (free)
  • Administrator level email support (free)
  • Solving technical and system errors (deducted from the package)
  • Expanding the system with new functionalities (deducted from the package)
  • System update (deducted from the package)
  • Training (deducted from the package)

Each e-mail report is analyzed to estimate the amount of time needed to complete the task. Once the client accepts our estimation we begin working according to the specifications provided by the client.

  1. The support hours purchased within the subscription of the YetiForce Development packages are valid until the next billing period for a given package begins.
  2. The support hours purchased within a one-time purchase of the YetiForce Development package are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
