YetiForce Portal in the cloud with a Webservice Premium license is a complex service that provides access to the YetiForce Portal installed on our hyper efficient cloud. The subscription also includes a YetiForce Webservice Premium license required for the portal to work properly. 

After the purchase we will install the YetiForce Portal on a URL address of your choice * and send you all the necessary credentials so that you can start using the platform right away. 

* - the address must be located on the yetiforce.portal domain (e.g. your-company.yetiforce.portal). There is a possibility to redirect it to your own domain.

YetiForce Portal

It's the client portal developed to work seamlessly with YetiForce CRM. This platform allows you to create user accounts for your customers, which in turn will let them have access to their orders and tickets. 

YetiForce Cloud

It's a cloud whose parameters are adjusted to YetiForce Poratl's requirements, which ensures that all Portal functionalities will work reliably. Our cloud is based on Intel® Optane ™ technology servers.

Webservice Premium

It's an extended version of the standard API available in YetiForce CRM for free. The addon was created mainly with the YetiForce Portal platform in mind, however, it can be used for various purposes depending on your company's needs.

» Which package tier to choose for my CRM?

The tiers are based on the number of active users in CRM, excluding the default user (administrator created during installation).
The number of API / Webservice users does not affect the tier.
From version 6.3.165, the size of the company is shown in the "System configuration> Logs> Server - configuration" panel.
