» Can I buy addons, products, or services for a longer period in advance?

Yes, you can purchase our services for a year with a 5% discount. If you're interested, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we'll send you an offer.

» How to place an order?

Placing an order on the website is easy.
1. Find the products you want to buy. 
2. Click "Buy now"
3. You will be automatically redirected to PayPal website.
4. Log on your PayPal account.
5. Pay for the order.
We explicitly reserve the right not to accept any orders that do not comply with these Terms of Use or violate the applicable law, as well as in the following situations:

  • your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
  • your order is flagged by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud; 
  • your payment is not received within 7 calendar days after placing your order;
  • if the purchase was made by an entity that is not a partner of YetiForce in order to resell the service;
  • in the event of misspelling your email address (delivery is impossible).
» What payment methods are available?

Due to the nature of the products offered in our store (electronic modules and online support), the only available payment method is a prepayment. The YetiForce Marketplace prefers payments made through PayPal, allowing you to pay for your purchase with a credit card, or your PayPal funds. The payment must be made within 7 days from the date of order. Once we accept your payment, we will start processing your order.

In the case of payment for a pro forma invoice, the funds should transferred to the bank account indicated on the invoice.

Please do not try to pay by any other methods. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of the funds or any other damages that may result from this action.

If you pay by PayPal, we will deduct the amount due from your bank or PayPal account. If you pay by bank transfer, we will start delivery after we receive your payment. This may take several days but not longer than 14 days. In the event that no payment has been received within 7 calendar days after you submitted your order, your purchase will automatically be canceled.
The customer authorizes YetiForce S.A. to issue an invoice without a buyer’s signature.

» When will the addon be active in my system?

We activate all addons purchased via PayPal after up to 48h. If you purchased an addon and it's still not active after 48h, please reach out to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Make sure to provide us with your APP ID and your PayPal transaction ID. 

» What does the shipping look like?

We deliver products from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on certain public holidays. 

» How to modify the subscription when the size of my company changes?

Each product page in our Marketplace includes a pricing table that specifies the size of the company, based on the number of users in the system. If the number of users in your system has increased or decreased enough to change the size of your company, you will need to modify your subscription.

In order to do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Cancel your current PayPal subscription
  2. Subscribe to the selected product again via the Marketplace on the website or directly in YetiForce CRM.
» What happens to the purchased addons if I move to another server?

If you migrate YetiForce CRM to another server, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Register your system again. Keep in mind that addons only work on correctly registered systems. 
  2. Cancel your PayPal subscription.
  3. Subscribe to the selected product again via the Marketplace on the website or directly in YetiForce CRM.

» Can I return the products or services I bought?

Due to the nature of our products (online products), we do not accept returns. Every module can be tested for free before its purchase.
In case there are errors in the purchased product, the speed of fixing bugs will depend on the type of purchased product – whether it includes support or not.

» How to cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can only be cancelled in your PayPal account.

Log into your PayPal account, go to subscriptions, and cancel the payment for an addon you no longer want to use in your YetiForce CRM.

Is YetiForce the right system for my company?

Every company is special and has different business needs. YetiForce was created in such a way that it fulfills most of these needs and thanks to the fact that it’s open source it can be customized anytime to meet individual requirements of your company.

Our product is mainly designated for small and medium-sized companies, but it is also popular among larger international organizations.

Do I have to pay for using YetiForce?

You can download, install, and use YetiForce completely for free. There are no limits as far as the number of users, machines, workstations, and records is concerned.

We do sell optional extensions such as modules and additional services. You can find them in the "Marketplace" in "System settings".

What license is YetiForce published under?

YetiForce is published under the YetiForce Public License. This type of license is favorable for an end-user because it is very permissive and based on MIT. A detailed description of the license can be found in the application itself ("System Settings" -> "About application" -> "Licenses") as well as in our GitHub repository.

Does YetiForce Public License allow me to remove or add functionalities?

Yes, our license allows you to freely remove all the functionalities you don’t need, add new ones that you require, and modify the existing ones. You can even add a functionality released under your own license.

What are YetiForce's advantages in comparison to other systems?

YetiForce is completely free and its source code is publicly available. The software is published under a very permissive YetiForce Public License, which is based on the MIT license.

YetiForce offers practically unlimited personalization and development options. It can grow together with your business adapting itself to your company’s needs. The users get access to more than 80 modules, some of which are hidden behind a paywall in other programs. One of the most advanced configuration panels on the market is available for YetiForce’s administrators.

YetiForce users are exceptionally satisfied with the system, giving it an average 4.8/5 rating in numerous prestigious industry rankings.

Can I test the system before I install it?

You can test the Demo version of the YetiForce system.

How many users can use YetiForce simultaneously?

There is no user limit as far as the software is concerned. The number of users can only be limited by the efficiency of your server.

What languages are available in YetiForce?

The system is translated into languages from all over the world. The current state of translations can be previewed here.

Where can I find your documentation?

User, administrator, implementer, and developer documentation can be found in ourDocumentation.

How can I find what YetiForce version I am using now?

You can find your version in the "version.php" file in the "config" directory, on the server where your system is installed.

How can I check if I have the latest Service Pack installed?

The list of all Service Packs can be found directly in your system in the "Updates module" ("System settings" -> "Logs" -> "Updates"). If the "Available upgrade packages" table is empty it means you have the latest Service Pack installed.

How do I install the latest Service Pack?

Before you install any Service Packs we recommend creating a backup. Once you do that, go to the "Updates module" ("System settings" -> "Logs" -> "Updates") and click "Download package". When the download is ready click "Install package" and an installation wizard will update your CRM to the latest Service Pack version.

Where can I buy support packages and additional functionalities?

Users who use version 5.2 or newer can purchase all paid services and functionalities directly from the CRM from the "Marketplace" in "System settings".

Some of the paid services include installation on a VPS, technical support, or additional functionalities that further extend YetiForce CRM’s capabilities.

Why can't I install a module on the test version?

This restriction applies only to our testing version of GitDeveloper. It increases the security and stability of a testing version. Versions downloaded from our GitHub repository and other external platforms have all functionalities enabled by default.

Can I remove your footer?

The license forbids you from deleting the footer without our written permission.

You can, however, remove the footer as well as all the other branding from the system for a fee starting from version 5.2 on. This service is available in the "Marketplace" in "System settings". 

What if I have a great idea for a new functionality?

We’re always glad to hear our community members get involved in the development of YetiForce.

Everyone who downloads the system has access to the source code and, thus, users sometimes suggest new functionalities that might be worth adding to the system. 

You can submit your idea in the Discussions tab in our repository, we will review it and get back to you. Keep in mind, however, that not all ideas can be added to the system. 

How do I report issues?

Even though our developers do their best to make YetiForce as flawless as possible, users might still stumble upon some bugs.

You can report issues in our GitHub repository  Follow the templates corresponding to the type of issue you want to report. DO NOT delete the templates, as they are essential for our developers to help you solve your issue.
