It’s a modern add-in for Microsoft Outlook. It allows you to load the YetiForce system directly in the Outlook window, where you can download and relate e-mails to data in the system. In addition, the integration allows you to perform the same operations from the e-mail view as in the standard system, i.e.
Add companies and contacts (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Vendors, Partners, Competition)
Work directly from the e-mail client which allows you to optimize the customer service process and makes it easier to perform many activities from one place.

DAV Integration
DAV Integration allows for two-way data synchronization between various devices thanks to the use of CardDAV and CalDAV protocols. You can synchronize contacts, calendar, and tasks on your devices with the ones in the CRM system, so that you always have control over your schedules and meetings.
YetiForce DAV consists of two functionalities:
CalDAV - enables two-way synchronization of activities (tasks, calls, meetings) saved in the calendar between YetiForce and any mobile device or other tool supporting the DAV standard.
CardDAV - enables two-way synchronization of contacts between YetiForce and any mobile device or other tool supporting the DAV standard.
Both solutions create a new calendar / address book next to your old ones where you can add new entries. All added entries will be sent to YetiForce. Thanks to this solution, you can always have an up-to-date calendar or contact book on the phone or other device.

GUS
Thanks to the YetiForce GUS module your employees will no longer have to manually search, verify, or enter companies' registration data into the appropriate fields in the record - the system will search for and fill in the appropriate fields on their behalf. You only need one of the following numbers: VAT ID, NCR, or NOBR numbers to get all the necessary information about a given company and easily save it in the system.
All data is downloaded in real-time directly from the Polish Central Statistical Office using theAPI, so it is reliable and up-to-date.

With one click, all found data will becopied to the appropriate fieldsin the record, which will not only save the users plenty of time, but will also help avoid user errors resulting from copying and pasting text.
All data is collected directly from the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy) using an API, so you can be sure that it is reliable, complete and up-to-date. The functionality verifies the status on the day preceding the query.

» Will the add-on find a company that is not registered in Poland?
No, the add-on only works for Polish companies that appear on the Central Statistical Office/KRS/CEIDG list. Companies from outside Poland will not be found by this add-on.

» Will the add-on update company data in the system if anything changes?
No, if the company registration details change, you have to edit the record and run the search again, or make the changes manually.
» What permissions do system users need to be able to use these add-ons?
Users must be granted permissions to the record collectors. More information about the Record Collector can be found in our documentation.
» What are the query limits for the GUS add-on?

The Kanban view is available in standard YetiForce user modules, i.e., modules that contain a standard list of records. The addon might not work in modules made by companies that are not authorized YetiForce partners.

Personalize your YetiForce branding by changing some of the data displayed in the system. Add important information to the generated documents, display your company data in the footer or set your own links to social media profiles.
The Disable Branding service allows you to remove links to YetiForce social media profiles from the system footer and replace them with links to your company's social media profiles. This allows you to further personalize the appearance of the YetiForce system, so that application users do not see unnecessary information in the footer. Thanks to this service, you will also disable the manufacturer's footer in all e-mails sent by the system and PDF printouts generated by the system.

» Will the Disable YetiForce Branding add-on remove all links to YetiForce branding that have been placed in the system by the producer?
No, this service is not a replacement for the so-called “white labeling” and will not completely remove all information about the system producer from the system. The add-on will only remove some YetiForce links in the user view.
» Does "Disable YetiForce Branding" allow me to change the logo?
You don't have to purchase the "Disable YetiForce Branding" service to change the logo you can see on the login page for example. Follow the tutorial to find out how to change the YetiForce logo to a custom one.
» How to configure what's displayed in the footer?
Your branding information can be added in System settings→ Company → Company details.
Only data visible in the "Brand data" block and the company's name will be visible in the footer. The remaining data visible in the "Registration data" block are only used for registration purposes and won't be used in footers or printouts.
Social media icons won't show up in the footer if the respective URL fields are not filled in.
