The Polish registers package includes functionalities that verify and fill in the data of companies registered in Poland in the YetiForce system.

GUS
Thanks to the YetiForce GUS module your employees will no longer have to manually search, verify, or enter companies' registration data into the appropriate fields in the record - the system will search for and fill in the appropriate fields on their behalf. You only need one of the following numbers: VAT ID, NCR, or NOBR numbers to get all the necessary information about a given company and easily save it in the system.
All data is downloaded in real-time directly from the Polish Central Statistical Office using the API, so it is reliable and up-to-date.
Lists of fields populated automatically in individual modules:
- Accounts: VAT ID, NCR, NOBR, Account name, State, County, Township, City/Village, Post code, Street, Building number, Office number, Country
- Leads: NOBR, State, County, Township, City/Village, Post code, Street, Building number, Office number
- Vendors: Vendor name, NOBR, State, County, Township, City/Village, Post code, Street, Building number, Office number
- Competition: Name, State, County, Township, City/Village, Post code, Street, Building number

KRS
Thanks to the YetiForce KRS PL module, you can save the time needed to manually search for publicly available information about the Account and enter it into the appropriate fields in YetiForce - all this information will be automatically searched in the database of the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy, KRS).
With one click, all found data will be copied to the appropriate fields in the record, which will not only save the users plenty of time, but will also help avoid user errors resulting from copying and pasting text.
All data is collected directly from the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy) using an API, so you can be sure that it is reliable, complete and up-to-date. The functionality verifies the status on the day preceding the query.

The API interface has two built-in limits on the number of queries running simultaneously:
- limited to 50 requests in a 3-minute period
- limited to 1000 requests in a 60-minute period

VAT PL
The VAT PL extension checks if the economic entity has a valid tax identification number.
Thanks to the YetiForce VAT PL module, you can easily and quickly check whether a company is a VAT taxpayer registered in Poland. The add-on works on the basis of the NIP number (tax identification number in Poland) and displays information whether the company registered under this number is an active taxpayer.
All data is collected directly from the Ministry of Finance using an API, so you can be sure that it is reliable, complete and up-to-date. The functionality verifies the status on the day preceding the query.

» Where can I find add-on documentation?

» Will the add-on find a company that is not registered in Poland?
No, the add-on only works for Polish companies that appear on the Central Statistical Office/KRS/CEIDG list. Companies from outside Poland will not be found by this add-on.

» Will the add-on update company data in the system if anything changes?
No, if the company registration details change, you have to edit the record and run the search again, or make the changes manually.

» What permissions do system users need to be able to use these add-ons?
Users must be granted permissions to the record collectors. More information about the Record Collector can be found in our documentation.
