The Kanban board is a tool used mainly for project management, but in YetiForce this view is available in all user modules where data is stored. Kanban helps to visualize data by grouping them in various ways, effectively define the amount of work in progress and increase efficiency.

Boards in the Kanban view use cards and columns that can be easily configured in the panel according to the needs of your company. Moreover, in the YetiForce system, you can create multiple tables for one module that will present the data grouped in various ways.

This add-on does not completely remove YetiForce's  branding.

Personalize your YetiForce branding by changing some of the data displayed in the system. Add important information to the generated documents, display your company data in the footer or set your own links to social media profiles.

The Disable Branding service allows you to remove links to YetiForce social media profiles from the system footer and replace them with links to your company's social media profiles. This allows you to further personalize the appearance of the YetiForce system, so that application users do not see unnecessary information in the footer. Thanks to this service, you will also disable the manufacturer's footer in all e-mails sent by the system and PDF printouts generated by the system.

    No, this service is not a replacement for the so-called “white labeling” and will not completely remove all information about the system producer from the system. The add-on will only remove some YetiForce links in the user view.

  • » Does "Disable YetiForce Branding" allow me to change the logo?

    You don't have to purchase the "Disable YetiForce Branding" service to change the logo you can see on the login page for example. Follow the tutorial to find out how to change the YetiForce logo to a custom one

  • » How to configure what's displayed in the footer?

    Your branding information can be added in System settings → Company → Company details.

    • Only data visible in the "Brand data" block and the company's name will be visible in the footer. The remaining data visible in the "Registration data" block are only used for registration purposes and won't be used in footers or printouts. 
    • Social media icons won't show up in the footer if the respective URL fields are not filled in.

Record Automatic Assignment is a functionality that allows you to automatically assign records to system users.

In companies with different departments, there is always a need to forward / assign a record to specific people based on certain criteria. Whether it's a support team where new tickets are assigned to a team (such as: Technical Support, Customer Support, Sales Support, etc.) or a lead-based sales team to serve potential customers or supplier service.

In most cases, records are assigned manually by department managers. The Record Automatic Assignment functionality enables the automation of these processes.

This is a set of widgets that will allow you to display additional information on the desktop and in the record summary, making all the necessary details available to the user at their fingertips.
Currently, the set includes 2 widgets - PDF Preview and Updates, and more widgets will be added in the future.


PDF Preview

It is a widget that allows you to preview a system generated PDF document straight from the record summary view. Thanks to this widget, you will be able to preview an invoice or any other PDF document directly from the record, without having to save it on your hard drive. This solution will significantly facilitate the work of users responsible for issuing and sending PDF documents, and the accounting department employees who won’t have to download all invoices in order to view them.

Updates

It is a widget that allows you to view the history of user activity. It will let you review all activities that have been performed on records in the system in a given period of time by all users. PDF Premium is an additional engine for generating Chromium/Chrome PDF files, which introduces the ability to create more advanced and complex PDF files than the standard engine available in the YetiForce system.

YetiForce PDF Premium add-on is a more advanced version of PDF functionality. The basic version of the PDF functionality is available for free in the YetiForce system.

Functions:

  • compatibility with CSS3 and HTML 5

  • compatibility with all technologies supported by the browser

  • fully supported special characters and fonts

  • the only limitation is the browsers capability

  • support for Linux, macOS, Windows
