  The Management Board of YetiForce S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, informs that periodic reports in the financial year 2023 will be published on the following dates:

  - quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023 - May 15, 2023

  - quarterly report for Q2 2023 - August 14, 2023

  - quarterly report for the third quarter of 2023 - November 9, 2023

  - annual report for 2022 - May 25, 2023

  
  Any changes to the dates of submission of periodic reports will be announced in the form of a current report, on the terms set out in § 6 sec. 14.2. Appendix No. 3 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System.

• Current report, 2/2023 - 29.03.2023

  The Management Board of YetiForce S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby provides information on the application by the Company of the corporate governance rules set out in the Appendix to Resolution No. 293/2010 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. of March 31, 2010 "Good Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect".

• Current report, 3/2023 - 09.05.2023

  The Management Board of the company under the name of YetiForce Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Issuer"), with reference to the current EIB report no. The Issuer's Management Board decided to change the date of publication of the annual report for 2022, the publication date of which was originally set for May 25, 2023. The new date for publication of the annual report for 2022 was set for May 15, 2023.

  Other report publication dates remain unchanged. Taking into account the change indicated above, the Company's periodic reports in the financial year 2023 will be published on the following dates:

  • annual report for 2022 - May 15, 2023
  • quarterly report for Q1 2023 - May 15, 2023
  • quarterly report for Q2 2023 - August 14, 2023
  • quarterly report for Q3 2023 - November 9, 2023

  The Management Board of YetiForce S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", informs that on April 12, 2023, the Company joined the "ESPI" Electronic Information Transmission System. In connection with the above, the Company began providing information using the ESPI system, in accordance with the legal requirements.

  The Management Board of YetiForce S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Issuer") hereby informs about the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Issuer for June 29, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., which will be held at ul. Warecka 11a, 00-034 Warsaw. ("OGM").

  The full text of the announcement on convening the OGM, the content of draft resolutions, the template of the power of attorney and the form for exercising voting rights at the OGM by a proxy, information on the number of shares and votes in the Company as at the date of the announcement on convening the OGM are included in the attachments to this report.

  Submission of a pre-trial letter in relation to the former President of the Management Board of the Company.

  The Management Board of YetiForce S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Issuer" or "Company") hereby informs that after the Company's verification of the activities of the previous President of the Management Board of the Company, in the Issuer's opinion, during the period of holding the function by the former President and after his dismissal from the function, irregularities may have occurred regarding the conduct of the Company's affairs, in particular with regard to the violation of the non-competition clause by the former President of the Management Board. The impact of potential infringements cannot be clearly estimated. In connection with the above, the Company will take the necessary steps to finally settle the matter in question. As part of these activities, on June 19, 2023, the Company applied to the former President with a pre-trial letter. At the same time, the Company declares that it intends to settle the matter amicably. Due to the person in relation to whom the pre-trial letter was submitted, the Company considered the fact of submitting the summons to be material.
