In his professional activity, he deals primarily with providing services to business entities (commercial law companies) and matters related to intellectual property, securities and the broadly understood financial market.

• Piotr Parzyszek

  Member, March 6, 2023 - December 31, 2026

  Lawyer specializing in advising on capital market law, trading in financial instruments and commercial law. On a daily basis, he provides services to investment funds and investment fund companies managing them, ASI managers, depositaries, investment companies and their agents, as well as distributors of investment fund participation units, or entities managing securitized debts. He advises capital market entities on regulatory issues and represents them in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in the scope of obtaining approvals, licenses or notifications of cross-border activity in the territory of the EU. He also advises on the preparation of transaction documentation, establishing securities and issuing securities to issuers, investors and offerors.

  He advised on the creation of many Polish and foreign seed capital, venture capital, private equity and fund of funds funds, both to managing entities and investors.

• Benjamin Joseph Burg

  A specialist with many years of practice in the area of sales - he has over 25 years of experience working on marketing and sales projects, offering IT solutions. Focused on business development in Central and Eastern Europe through the opportunities offered by mature markets in North America and Western Europe.

  He worked in managerial positions as Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Director. He conducted marketing campaigns and projects, acquired clients, e.g., in Europe and the United States. Author of promotional and content texts. Coach, specialist in motivation and leadership. He organized workshops and advertising events. Participant of many international sales conferences as a speaker.

  Creator of loyalty applications and co-creator of database software. He advised many entities on creating development strategies and increasing market share as well as partner systems, he conducted consultations and commercial training in the field of best sales practices and acquiring foreign customers.

• Mateusz Laska

  Since 2014, a Securities Broker with license No. 2931, since 2016 Investment Advisor with license No. 570. He specializes in the analysis of investment funds, issuers of shares and bonds, with particular emphasis on the IT and development sectors.

  In his professional career so far, he has been responsible for managing the investment portfolio, structuring transactions, contacting institutional investors, preparing valuations of companies and enterprises, conducting financial research and coordinating the process of implementing new products to the brokerage house's offer.

  Currently, Deputy Director of the Issue Department - Investment Director at Q Securities SA. based in Warsaw. Court expert in the field of business valuation at the District Court in Warsaw. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Rzeszów University of Technology with a specialization in Finance and Accounting.

  A senior property professional with a track record of success and delivery across a diverse range of sectors and complex real estate environments, including logistics, retail, and commercial offices.
  Responsible for the implementation and execution of property strategies, development, and asset management in Poland. Negotiation skills confirmed by numerous projects and real estate transactions. Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with the utilization of cash flow models, financial modelling to deliver on the requirements of making informed property decisions.
