YetiForce Outlook Integration Panel

It’s a modern add-in for Microsoft Outlook. It allows you to load the CRM system directly in the Outlook window, where you can download and relate an e-mail to data in the system. In addition, the integration allows you to perform the same operations from the e-mail view as in the standard system, i.e.
  • Add companies and contacts (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Vendors, Partners, Competition)
  •  Add processes and sub-processes (Opportunities, Agreements, SLA, Campaigns, Quotes, Sales orders, Tickets, etc.)
  • Add notes, events, documents
  • Work directly from the e-mail client which allows you to optimize the customer service process and makes it easier to perform many activities from one place.
  • Use the CRM in the Outlook window
  • Add records to YetiForce CRM directly from Outlook
